To improve the evidence for scalable cancer pain management interventions, Dr. Desiree Azizoddin leads a collaborative, multidisciplinary research team focused on cancer-related pain, opioid therapy, and behavioral mobile health interventions.

Dr. Desiree Azizoddin, PsyD

Dr. Desiree Azizoddin, PsyD is a behavioral scientist and pain psychologist with expertise in the development of behavioral health interventions intended for people with cancer-related pain who use opioids.
​
Dr. Azizoddin is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Family and Preventative Medicine at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, an affiliate research faculty member at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, and the Co-Director of the Mobile Health Shared Resource at the Stephenson Cancer Center.
